Holy Cow Creamery officially opened its doors this week with a soft opening, welcoming community members eager to support the new local business. As part of the opening day celebration, Holy Cow Creamery featured its special Opening Day Patriot Sundae, made with vanilla soft serve, blue raspberry cone dip, crumbled shortbread cookies, and festive red and blue sprinkles. The business announced ahead of the opening that a few menu items would not be available due to supply delays, including chocolate soft serve, birthday cake dip, cotton candy crunch, vegan chocolate chip ice cream, and coated waffle cones. Holy Cow Creamery said the remaining supplies are expected to arrive later this week.
