Baltimore’s liquor board on Thursday approved a Class “B” Beer, Wine and Liquour restaurant license for the business. Fat Tuesday will operate in a 4,000-square-foot space at 718-22 S. Broadway, the former home of The Greene Turtle Sports Bar & Grille in Fells Point.

New Maryland task force aims to tackle exploitation of immigrant communities
Gov. Wes Moore signed an executive order to create a 12-month statewide task force on immigrant rights protection. Bringing together state agencies, the Office of the Attorney General, the Office of the Comptroller, and other state leaders, the task force aims to address fraud and exploitation targeting immigrant communities in Maryland, according to a statement from the governor’s office.
